Troubleshooting

  • Permissions not granted or revoked — return to your Google Account or Microsoft account settings to re-grant access, then reconnect in CalendarApp.
  • Wrong account appears — if several accounts are signed in, choose the correct one in the consent window or sign out of others and try again.
  • Time zone mismatch — confirm your time zone in CalendarApp and in your connected calendar so booked times match.
  • Pop-up blocked — allow pop-ups for your browser session and try again, or use a private window.
