Prerequisites
- Business Name is set (Step 1/5).
- At least one channel is connected (Step 2/5).
- Calendar is connected and tested (Step 3/5).
- AI profile basics are saved (Step 4/5) for consistent replies.
Create the event: basics
- Go to Events → New Event.
- Enter Title (clear outcome + service), Duration (e.g., 45m), and optional Price.
- Choose Location (at your address or online) and add access notes if needed.
- Select the Destination calendar for bookings (recommended: “CalendarApp Bookings”).
- Click Save to unlock availability and publishing options.
Availability & rules
Rules prevent double-booking and keep your day sane. Start simple; you can refine later.
- Set Weekly availability (days/hours the event can be booked).
- Add Lead time (e.g., no bookings within 2h) and Buffer (e.g., 10m cleanup).
- Choose Max daily capacity (optional) and whether overlapping bookings are allowed.
- Enable Rescheduling window (e.g., allowed until 24h before start).
Details, description & media
Customers convert when they understand the outcome, what’s included, and what to bring.
- Short description: one paragraph explaining the result (“Fresh gel refill with color of your choice”).
- What’s included: list 3–5 bullets (e.g., consultation, prep, aftercare tips).
- What to bring/know: parking, dress, online meeting link, arrival time.
- Images or short video: add 1–3 visuals showing the outcome.
Confirmations & reminders
- Set your confirmation message (tone from your AI profile).
- Choose reminders (e.g., 24h and 2h before).
- Decide on follow-ups (e.g., “How was your appointment?” with a review link).
Publish & share your link
- Toggle Publish to make the event live.
- Copy the Booking link.
- Add it to Instagram bio, WhatsApp quick replies, Telegram /about, website CTA, and email signature.
- Send yourself a test booking from a connected channel and confirm the event lands on your calendar.
